Home Care

Benefits of Care at Home

Many people choose care at home over other care options for a variety of reasons some examples of these are:

  • Being able to stay in the privacy and familiar surroundings of your own home
  • Continuing to enjoy the company of pets
  • Greater control over your daily routine
  • Increased focus on maintaining your independence
  • Being able to choose the bespoke one to one care that you want
  • Reassurance and peace of mind for you and your family
  • Using a Company rather than an independent carer means that we always have a trained Health Care Assistant to cover when your usual carer is absent.

All about Home Care

It is important to choose the right care provider for you or your loved one from a provider committed to treating clients with dignity, respect and as individuals.

Our provision of comprehensive services means that clients and families can rely on familiar team members and consistent quality of service through changing circumstances.

A good trusted Care Company will help build the confidence of their clients and bring peace of mind to the whole family.

Our Support services are completely flexible with no minimum contract—we just ask for two weeks notice if you ever want to cancel. We will work with you to agree an appropriate support plan and can respond quickly to any change in your needs.

Your Carer and You

Having the right carer is hugely important for your wellbeing and peace of mind. We always strive to choose the best match for you, but if you wish to select another carer at any time we will endeavour to follow your wishes

Our team of Health Care Assistants are trained in the skills necessary to safely support you in your home. They will have provided references and been DBS checked using the UK Government Disclosure and Barring Service helping us to make safer recruitment decisions.

We are an Isle of Man Regulated Company. That means by law we have to provide all of our staff with all of the training they need to do a great job. It also means we need all the relevant insurance policies should something not go according to plan. All of which means you can be confident you are in a safe pair of hands
